TBI's Leadership Training Program involves two levels of study: Certificate Level and the Diploma Level. The Certificate Level entails our Core courses which we hope most members at Bethlehem will study at a pace and in an order that fits with their schedule. We believe that if you take these Core classes you will be exposed to the whole counsel of God as the elders have come to understand it. You will also acquire some basic skills in inductive Bible study that will help you to be a life-long student of the Bible. The Certificate may be completed within two years at a rate of one class per semester. Some may do it more quickly; most will complete it over a longer period of time.

You don't have to be formerly enrolled in the Leadership Training program to take a course or seminar. All courses and seminars are always open to EVERYONE!
